Hi, I’m Jules
Firstly, thanks for stopping by & taking the time to find out more about me..
After graduating from Bristol University, I ventured off around the world and spent my early twenties as a restless adventurer, constantly seeking new experiences. Whether I was hitch-hiking across the Himalayas, sailing old ships to Fiji, sky-diving over the Great Ocean Road or working as a lumberjack, I loved playing with the boundaries of my comfort zone.
Along my travels, I dabbled in many different career options. From the fast-paced world of hospitality, the dynamic realm of marketing to the grounding simplicity of farmwork, I found some enjoyment in every job but nothing ever truly resonated..
I always felt like something was missing.
And I was forever unsure of what my “purpose” was..
After a while, it didn’t matter where I was or who I was with, I started to feel unfulfilled and yearned for something more meaningful.
It was then that I recognized the need for a different kind of journey – one that delved inward. And so, I ventured to India to do a yoga teacher training. It was here that the spiritual teachings and introspective practices helped me to realise:
I wanted to do something which involved helping others
True fulfillment lies not in what we accumulate but in what we contribute
Now, I dedicate my time to the healing of others.
Whether I’m coaching clients to find greater fulfillment in their lives or promoting wellness through yoga and massage,
being of service has become the guiding force of my life.
Coaching.
After graduating from university with a degree in Psychology, I assumed I would undergo the next steps to becoming a therapist.. however after experiencing both therapy and life coaching, I realised how hugely beneficial coaching was for me. It helped me discover a sense of purpose, achieve my goals and empowered me to make some huge life changes. While therapy of course has its place, I love how coaching is future focused and helps you get from A to B - assessing where you are now, where you want to be and how to get you there.
Massage.
Massage therapy offers a holistic approach to healing, addressing not only physical tension and pain but also promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and enhancing overall wellness. Through the therapeutic touch of massage, I am able to assist my clients in releasing tension, restoring balance, and nurturing their bodies. Witnessing the positive changes and profound sense of relief that my clients experience reaffirms my passion for this healing art.
Yoga.
After years of practising yoga and witnessing the positive impact it had on my life, I felt an overwhelming desire to share this gift with others. Being a yoga teacher allows me to guide students on their transformative journeys, helping them tap into their inner strengths, find peace within themselves, and cultivate a deep connection between mind, body and spirit. It is a privilege and a joy to witness the growth and empowerment of my students, making each day I spend as a yoga teacher more rewarding than the last.
